HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR MAKEUP APPLICATION
 

Preparation & Tips

For a smooth, long-lasting makeup application, follow these steps before your service:

  • Skin Prep: Cleanse, exfoliate, and moisturize your face thoroughly. Make sure to remove all makeup residue, especially eyeliner and mascara. Well-prepped skin helps makeup stay fresh all day.

  • Dry Skin Tip: If your skin is very dry, use a moisturizing sheet mask after exfoliating.

  • SPF: Avoid SPF products with zinc oxide or titanium dioxide as they can cause flashback in photos.

  • Lip Color: Bring a lip color you’d like to wear for touch-ups, especially for longer events.
     

Inspiration Photos

Before arriving, pick 3-5 inspiration photos from our Pinterest or our Instagram. Consider your skin tone and features to find the best match. Let us know what you love about each look and any details you’d like to avoid. This helps us customize the look to suit you perfectly!

Full Glam
is a bold and dramatic look designed to make a statement. It typically features flawless, high-coverage skin, sculpted contouring, striking eyes with bold eyeshadow or eyeliner, lush lashes, and defined brows. Often paired with a statement lip, full glam is perfect for special events, photoshoots, or anytime you want to turn heads.

MAKEUP LESSONS
Our makeup lessons that we provide are individualized to each person, it’s not a set look. We help you utilize products that are best for your skin tone, skin type, eye color, things you specifically want to work on and help you use products you already have as well as give your product recommendations. We will also go over additional important information about makeup sanitation and expiration dates! Since they are customized for each person and not a generic lesson it will be a 1 on 1 appointment with an artist. Makeup lessons also make a great gift for women of every age.
