How to Book Your Wedding Hair and Makeup with Onsite Beauty Artistry

Planning your wedding beauty should feel exciting, not overwhelming. At Onsite Beauty Artistry, we’ve built a simple, seamless process that makes finding and booking your hair and makeup team one of the easiest decisions you’ll make for your big day.

Whether you're getting married in Seattle or East Valley, Arizona, here’s what you can expect when you work with us:

Step 1: Inquire and Receive a Personalized Quote

The first step is reaching out through our inquiry form. Once we receive your details: date, location, party size, we'll send you a personalized quote and service overview based on your wedding day needs.

You'll also get links to view our portfolio, pricing, and frequently asked questions to help you feel informed and confident moving forward.

Step 2: Secure Your Wedding Date

Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send over your:

  • Wedding beauty contract

  • Retainer invoice to officially reserve your date

(P.S.: We cannot hold dates without a signed contract and paid retainer, so if you know you want to work with us, don’t wait!)

Once your paperwork is complete, your wedding date is locked in on our calendar!

Step 3: Schedule Your Bridal Preview Appointment

After your date is secured, we'll guide you through booking your bridal hair and makeup preview (trial appointment).

Previews are typically scheduled 2–3 months before your wedding and held at one of our studios in either Seattle or East Valley, AZ. This is where the magic begins—you'll work one-on-one with your lead artist to bring your wedding beauty vision to life!

Step 4: Create Your Customized Beauty Timeline

About 60 days before your wedding, we’ll connect with you (and your planner if you have one) to create a custom wedding morning beauty timeline.

This ensures:

  • Everyone knows when and where they’re getting services

  • Hair and makeup is completed on time for first looks, ceremonies, and photos

  • You feel relaxed and in control of the morning

We coordinate with your photographer or planner to make sure the day flows seamlessly.

Step 5: Wedding Day Magic!

When the big day arrives, we come fully prepared, professional, and ready to pamper you and your bridal party.

You can expect:

  • A calm, organized environment

  • Artists who are attentive to timing and details

  • Final touch-ups and veil placement before you slip into your dress

  • A team that truly cares about how you feel on one of the most important days of your life

Our goal is to not only create beautiful hair and makeup looks but also to add ease, support, and joy to your wedding morning.

Ready to Start the Journey?

We are currently booking weddings across:

I am so grateful that Mariah and Brooke were able to step in and save the day after my previous hair stylist fell through.
These ladies truly went above and beyond, tackling 13 of us with such professionalism and skill. My half up hairstyle was absolutely stunning, and the updos for the bridesmaids and mothers were flawless. They arrived on time, followed the schedule effortlessly, and truly made the whole getting ready experience enjoyable and stress-free. I would highly recommend Mariah and Brooke to anyone in need of talented and reliable hair stylists. I couldn't be happier!
