BOOKING THE ONSITE BEAUTY ARTISTRY TEAM

We aim to make the booking process as seamless as possible. After reviewing our rates, FAQs, and the information on our website, and you're ready to book your wedding with Onsite Beauty, simply fill out our inquiry form. Referrals from past brides are a priority, so be sure to mention that in your form. Once we review your inquiry, we'll reach out to confirm whether we can accommodate your booking.

Please note that during peak wedding season (May through September), response times may be slightly delayed, but feel free to email us for updates. Once we've connected, we'll send over a contract outlining the services for your wedding day. Be sure to thoroughly review the contract when you receive it. While it’s detailed, it ensures that everything is clearly understood before moving forward.

If you have any questions about booking or the contract, we're happy to schedule an optional 30-minute FaceTime/Zoom call to address any concerns and provide peace of mind. To secure your date, a signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required at the time of booking. Until these are received, your date remains open to other bookings.

Once you're officially an Onsite Beauty Artistry bride, you can relax and focus on your wedding planning. About three months before your big day, we'll reach out to schedule your preview appointment with your Lead Artist.
