If you're feeling a little lost on where to start with booking your wedding hair and makeup — you are not alone. Most brides have never done this before, and it is completely normal to feel unsure or overwhelmed by the process. That is exactly why we are here.
At Onsite Beauty Artistry, we have worked with hundreds of brides across Seattle and East Valley Arizona, and our mission is always the same: to help you feel supported, seen, and completely confident every step of the way.
Here is a simple, straightforward look at what it is like to book with us and what you can expect when we show up on your wedding day.
First Things First: What Comes With Hair and Makeup Services?
We bring everything.
You do not need to supply any makeup or hair tools. Every single one of our services includes a fully customized look, all products, lashes if desired, and all professional tools. All you have to do is show up with clean, dry hair and a makeup-free face — and we will take it from there.
Our team comes fully prepared with:
High-end, photo-ready makeup for all skin tones and types
Professional hairstyling tools
Products for long-wear and comfort
Lashes, pins, and everything needed to complete your look
A calm, polished, experienced presence
Booking Made Simple: Here’s How It Works
You do not need to have it all figured out before reaching out. We are happy to help guide you — whether you know your full headcount or are just starting to put together your beauty vision.
Here is what the process looks like:
1. Submit an Inquiry
You fill out a short form on our website with your wedding details. This helps us check availability and get to know your needs.
2. Receive a Custom Quote
We send you a personalized package proposal based on your party size, location, and timeline.
3. Contract + Retainer
If you are ready to move forward, we will send over a digital contract and retainer invoice to secure your date. Once completed, your booking is locked in.
4. Schedule Your Preview
After you are officially booked, we will set up your preview appointment (aka trial) with your lead artist. This typically happens two to three months before your wedding.
5. Final Timeline
About 4 to 6 weeks before the big day, we will build a customized beauty timeline so you know exactly who is getting ready when. We will also coordinate with your planner or photographer to make sure everything runs smoothly.
What to Expect on Your Wedding Morning
Our team arrives on time and fully equipped at your getting-ready location. We create a calm, organized atmosphere where you and your favorite people can truly enjoy the morning. We follow your timeline closely, communicate clearly, and always make sure you're feeling relaxed and beautiful from start to finish.
We’ll do final touch-ups, place veils or accessories, and make sure you're confident and photo-ready before stepping into your dress.
We’re More Than Just Hair and Makeup
We get it. Wedding planning can be a lot. You may hear brides say they’re over it by the end, but we want your beauty experience to be a bright spot in the process. We are always happy to offer:
Vendor referrals
Getting-ready advice
Timeline tips
Calm energy when things feel overwhelming
You are never bothering us with questions. We are here to help you feel held, heard, and taken care of — because you deserve to enjoy this moment in your life.
You’re Not Meant to Do This Alone
You should not have to carry the weight of figuring everything out on your own. When you work with Onsite Beauty Artistry, you are not just hiring a beauty team. You are gaining a support system that will walk beside you through the process.
Whether you are getting married in Seattle, Snohomish, Bellevue, or across East Valley Arizona, we are here to help you feel your most beautiful, most confident, and most cared-for on one of the most important days of your life.
